We use your information in order to guarantee you the access and supply to our services and also to provide you with the requested information and get in touch with you.

• The provision of personal data is mandatory only if you wish to be contacted.

3. Who is subject to the processing?

3.1. Data controller

The data controller is Biokomp s.r.l. and it is represented by its legal representative pro-tempore. Its registered office is located in Malo(VI), in via Leonardo Da Vinci, 32/32A.

3.2. Subjects to whom personal data may be disclosed

The collected data may be disclosed to third parties in order to process the request of the interested party.

Under no circumstances we do transfer or sell your personal data to third parties

4. Rights of the interested party

4.1. Withdrawal of the consent (opt-out)

You can withdraw the consent you have provided at any time by sending an appropriate request to following email address: info@bio-komp.com

4.2. Exporting and cancelling of personal data processing

You can send an email request to info@bio-komp.com by the same email address you used to send us your request, in order to export your personal data (takeout) or to request their cancellation.

Your personal data will be exported within 30 days or, in case the export becomes particularly complex, within three months.

The cancellation will be made within the foreseen leed times and in accordance with the retention period specified in the following paragraph 5.

4.3. Exercising your rights

• obtain from the owner, at any time, information about the existence of personal data, the origin of the same, the purposes and methods of treatment and, if present, to gain access to personal data and information referred to in Article 15 of the GDPR

• request the updating, rectification, integration, deletion, limitation of data processing if one of the conditions provided in the Article 18 of the GDPR occurs, the anonymisation or blocking of personal data, processed in violation of law, including those data that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected and / or subsequently processed.

• completely or partially oppose, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of your own data, even if pertinent to the purpose of their collection and processing of personal data provided for the purposes of commercial information or sending advertising material or direct selling or for completion market research or commercial communication. Each user also has the right to withdraw the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given before the revocation

• receive your personal data, provided knowingly and actively or through the use of the service, in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic devices, and transmit them to another data controller without impediments

• propose a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

5. How and for how long will your data be stored?

The retention of personal data will take place electronically and for the strictly necessary time to fulfill the purposes referred to in paragraph 1, in compliance with your privacy and current regulations.

In case of the exercise of the right to be forgotten through the request for explicit cancellation of personal data processed by the owner, we remind you that such data will be kept, in a protected form and with restricted access, only for purposes of ascertainment and repression of crimes. no more than 12 months from the date of the request and will subsequently be securely deleted or anonymised irreversibly.

6. How do we ensure the protection of your data?

The data are collected by the subjects indicated in point paragraph 3, according to the indications of the relevant legislation, with particular regard to the security measures provided by the GDPR (Article 32) for their processing by means of computerized, manual and automated tools and with strictly related logic to the purposes indicated in paragraph 1 and in any case so as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.

7.1. nominations

The curricula received for specific selections may be kept and revalued for subsequent searches for professional positions compatible with the candidate's profile, provided they are implemented within a period of maximum 2 years. The candidate may oppose the processing of his personal data at any time by writing to info@bio-komp.com.

If you apply, remember to include in your curriculum vitae the declaration by which you consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of selection and avoids the insertion of sensitive personal data (such as the state of health, religious beliefs, philosophical or political ) not relevant to the job offer.

8. Can the privacy policy change over time?

This information may be subject to modifications. If substantial changes are made to the use of data of the user by the Owner, the latter will notify the user by publishing them with the maximum evidence on their pages or through alternative or similar means.
